Tutors are free to charge any price they choose for their services. The price will clearly be displayed to students. Students will pay for the tutorial when they make the booking, so the tutor is guaranteed payment. Tutors will be paid for the tutorial within 24 hours of it being completed. This delay is to protect the student in the event of the tutorial not taking place e.g. tutor is ill or unable to attend. Payment will be made into the tutor’s PayPal account. PayPal accounts are free to set up (www.paypal.com) and offer a fast and convenient way for receiving funds.   How do I pay? Payment can be made via credit card or debit card, when the tutorial is being booked. Payment has to be made by a person 18 years or older.   What are the costs involved? Students pay the price asked by the tutors. Tutors are free to charge the price that they choose for their services. Tutors pay £15 per annum to be a member of tutoreasy. Thereafter there is only a charge (of 15%) when they carry out tutorials. This is deducted fromthe price that tutors charge students.   How do I use tutoreasy? We have tried to make it as easy as possible: Students Register for tutoreasy Search for subjects Select a suitable subject, tutor, and time Register (or log in if already registered) and pay for the tutorial Receive email confirmation of the tutorial, as well as log in details for the tutoreasy tutorial At the tutorial time, log in to the service, and the online tutorial will begin, using real time speach, document sharing, document generation, presentations etc At the end of the session, log out and finish the session. Tutors Register and join tutoreasy Input your details to show your subjects, and your skills, experience etc, as well as the times when you are available Confirmation of booked tutorials will be emailed to you. At the tutorial time, log in to the service, and the online tutorial will begin, using real time speach, document sharing, document generation, presentations etc At the end of the session, log out and finish the session. What is VoIP or Internet Telephony? This is the power to speak across the internet, for free, with no additional costs, regardless of where the tutor and student are located. Web conferencing allows users in different locations to see, share, and create the same documents in real time. In addition, you are able to use text-based communications, to augment the high quality internet telephony that we provide.   Why a delay in posting Tutor’s courses online? All data to be posted to tutoreasy is reviewed to ensure that the content is suitable and complies with our codes of conduct. Tutor’s information will be posted within 24 hours of being submitted. If there is an issue or question with the material the tutor will be contacted within that period
